The Research and Development team in A.W.P. never stops: our scientific research focused on the intestinal and respiratory health of animals has created products with highly innovative carriers that grant a very high bioavailability, the release of the active ingredients throughout the entire gastro-intestinal tract and in the deeper tracts of the animal’s respiratory system.
At the same time, the carriers used by A.W.P. guarantee heat and mechanical stability during all phases of feed and premix production.

A.W.P. developed a special lipid-based technology to microencapsulate organic acids and Phytomolecules, which allows the release and maintenance of a high percentage of the organic acids in an undissociated form (Stop & Go technology), combined with the high immunostimulant efficacy of the Phytomelecules present in the composition. This technology ensures targeted effects in the entire gastrointestinal tract.
In particular, the special protection allows a pulsating chemical interaction (Stop & Go) between formate and citric acid due to their different pKa, throughout the whole gastrointestinal tract. As a result, a high amount of formic acid is released in a non-dissociated form in the different gastrointestinal districts, having a strong impact on the health of the gizzard or stomach and intestine, in synergy with the immunostimulant, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of the Phytomolecules.

Antioxidant and immunostimulant properties
MixOil® is strongly anti-oxidant, supports the immune system and protects animals against respiratory and enteric diseases. Moreover, it enhances the digestion and increases the energetic level of the diet.
Polyphenols from purified lignin
Toxinfibre is based on Polyphenols from purified lignin with low molecular weight (5000 Dalton). Toxinfibre permanently sequesters toxins produced by bacteria or ingested with the food, without interfering with the digestibility and absorption of nutrients. Furthermore, Toxinfibre has an anti-oxidant power of 7000 Orac/g.
Synergy between products
In case of presence of exogenous or endogenous toxins, Toxinfibre can be used in synergy with MixOil® or one of the other products based on Phytomolecules, maximizing the final results. The synergy between MixOil® and Toxinfibre has revolutionized some applications in ruminants with a strong impact on enteric and respiratory problems, ketosis reduction, increase of milk yield in critical periods and improvement of meat yield and quality
How to make antibiotics effective again?
4PowerX can be the solution! The philosophy of A.W.P. is fundamentally aimed at offering solutions that drastically limit the use of antibiotics. However, there are cases in which antibiotics must be used for specific therapies and animals have the right to be treated with effective tools. With the 4PowerX we have created a composition that can support the effects of antibiotics by significantly increasing their effectiveness. For example: +60% with colistin and three times as much with methicillin.4PowerX is used in combination with any antibiotic. With 4PowerX we can avoid antibiotic overdose and/or their administration beyond the period prescribed by veterinarians. This is also animal welfare!
WLF: a method to deliver organic acids in undissociated form in the biological districts of animals
A.W.P. developed a special microencapsulation system (lipid net-shape microencapsulation) to perform the release of organic acids in undissociated form in the gastro-intestinal tract. The net-shape “Stop & Go” technology developed by A.W.P. allows the release and maintenance of a high percentage of organic acids such as formic acid in an undissociated form in combination with the high immunostimulant efficacy of the Phytomelecules present in the composition, ensuring targeted effects in the entire gastrointestinal tract.
